Order Processing Times

Your orders are important to us. We typically process and dispatch them within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing might extend to 7 business days. Once dispatched, your order is on its way to you!

  • Deliveries to Europe: Most orders arrive within 5-11 business days after it's handed of to the shipping courier
  • Deliveries to the USA & Canada: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after it's handed of to the shipping courier.
  • Delivery to Australia & New Zealand: Most orders arrive within 7-11 business days after it's handed of to the shipping courier.

Remember, during busy periods like holidays, there might be delays due to factors outside our control, including customs for international shipments.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Got your details right? Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details could delay your order. If we spot an issue, we'll email you within 3 business days of your order for confirmation. No response in this timeframe may lead to order cancellation.

Spotted an error in your details? Email us at hello@evenext.com within 24 hours of your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Delayed Delivery

We aim to get your orders to you as fast as possible. However, sometimes delays happen due to couriers, weather, or other external factors. We're not responsible for these delays but we'll always work to resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

It's frustrating when packages go missing. Once we hand over your order to the courier, it's out of our control. If

your package gets lost or stolen, reach out to us at hello@evenext.com. We'll assist however we can. For lost or stolen packages, contact the courier to file a claim. While Evenext is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping, we'll support you in resolving the issue. In cases where the package cannot be found, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
