Refund Policy for Evenext

At Evenext, we are dedicated to delivering products that effectively address your needs. We stand by the quality of our offerings and suggest using them for at least 14 days to fully appreciate their benefits. If, after this period, you find yourself not completely satisfied within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at hello@evenext.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to orders should be made within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, we may not be able to modify your order as it will have already progressed to processing. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe in the efficacy of Evenext products and encourage a minimum trial of 14 days. If you are not content post this period, within the 60-day guarantee, we welcome returns. Please note, shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or broken. Packaging damage, like dented boxes without product harm, does not qualify for a damage claim.

Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@evenext.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control, including courier, customs, or other shipping issues. Directly contact the courier for any delivery problems. Evenext is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an error is not reported within 24 hours of order placement, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
